This example re-analyzes the Euphorbia dendroides dataset previously featured in the Bioactivity-Based Molecular Networking publication, showing antiviral activity against the chikungunya virus.
By using the Phenotype score filter, we see that FERMO prioritizes molecular features consistent with the results of the original study (e.g. m/z 563.296 at RT 21.6 min).
